To eliminate risk, PayPal has imposed these guidelines for all sellers. If you do not agree with them, please issue your complaints to PayPal since we believe they are very simple and basic rules. Since we will abide by these rules set forth by PayPal, they guarantee that R and B's Wine Supply is always protected against charge backs due to fraud.

R and B's Wine Supply is required under PayPal's Buyer Protection Program to retain reasonable proof-of-shipping. To comply, R and B's Wine Supply ships everything via USPS, FEDEX and/or UPS. R and B's Wine Supply takes no responsibility for lost parcels, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

Customers who prefer, may select Check/Money Order and send payment in the form of a private, company checks or money order. The shipping date will be delayed until the check clears our bank. Payment in the form of Money Orders or Bank Cashier's Checks qualify for normal shipping times.
