Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: The shipping cost seem high when I place a order for large quanities of the same item, do you refund overages on shipping charges? A: Yes, Shipping cost are generally accurate, however on bulky or multiple units of the same item, shipping cost are not always correct. If you are charged more than the actual shipping & handling cost, we will credit your PayPal account or Credit Card, if the refund is over $5. We inturn will notify you if the shipping & handling charges are more than you were charged to arrange payment.
