Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information: Our products are shipped from various warehouses. If you are ordering several items, they may arrive separately on different days. All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 10AMCST on Saturday and on Sunday and holidays are normally shipped within 48 hours after commencement of business hours. In most cases we are able to ship orders complete the next business day. However, if we are out of stock on an item, we will email you with your shipping options. Shipping Cost: Shipping cost are generally accurate, however on bulky or multiple units of the same item, shipping cost are not always correct. If you are charged more than the actual shipping & handling cost, we will credit your PayPal account or Credit Card, if the refund is over $5. We inturn will notify you if the shipping & handling charges are more than you were charged to arrange payment.
Carriers: We ship to most destinations around the world. Our preferred carrier is USPS, but we do use UPS, and FedEx shipping as well. Tracking numbers are available for most orders and an email with shipment info will be sent to you when item is shipped.
Return Policy: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. If you need to return a product, you must first email our customer service department at customerservice@r-b-e.net or use the form below in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No product returns will be accepted without an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS! All product returns must be 100% complete & intact in order to obtain a full refund less 10% restocking fee of purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded. Zero credit will be given if the main article of purchase is missing upon receipt of the return. You are responsible for your own shipping charges. R&B is not responsible for return shipments that are lost and/or damaged. It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. R&B will cover the return shipping for replacements, exchanges, or items that have been sent in for warranty service. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipments using a service that allows you to track the location of your shipments.
